Whether it’s for an appointment or visit, our transportation services are scheduled in advance, so you can be dropped off and picked up whenever it’s convenient.

Cable Television & Internet

Cable programming plus our safe, secure wireless network are available throughout our main building. Our Admissions team will help introduce our condo residents to customized digital offerings available in our communities.

Spiritual enrichment is one of our values and a key part of our culture. A Lutheran organization, we embrace all denominations and offer pastoral services to fulfill our residents' spiritual needs. Our two corporate chaplains provide opportunities for bible study, praise and worship, as well as private prayer.

Utilities

For resident units in our main buildings, all basic utilities are included as part of your daily or monthly rate. Water, trash removal and property taxes are included in the monthly rent for Condo residents.
