Shepherd of the Valley Boardman has partnered with Dialyze Direct to offer in-patient hemodialysis. Dialyze Direct helps to reduce rehospitalization by using the best-in-class care models, along with NxStage Portable Home Dialysis Machines, to deliver gentler, more comfortable dialysis to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
